 Staying fit and healthy is something most people would love to achieve in order to improve their lives. Exercising can be one of the best ways to do this and in order to achieve this it requires commitment, displine, and consistency.

 I always advice my clients to be patient with themselves while they remain committed to their fitness goals. It is also important to understand that we all have different bodies and that allows you not to be under pressure when you see other people's bodies.
